"It was an unforgettable omakase lunch experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was attended to with care, and it felt personal and refined. The ingredients were all premium quality, airlifted from Japan, and each course reflected true craftsmanship and respect for the season.
What further enhanced this experience was the owner, Tommy. He was very warm, kind, and spared no effort to make us feel special. A personal highlight for me was trying sake from Tommy's private collection of sake vessels collected in Otaru. It was a precious and beautiful gesture one does not find everywhere.
We celebrated my sister-in-law's birthday here, and the owner went out of his way to prepare a birthday cake, even though we didn't ask for it. That level of care and attention tells everything about this place.
This was not just a meal, but an 'experience'. In my opinion, it is without a doubt the best omakase restaurant in Saigon. I heard there's going to be a second branch opening soon in Hanoi, and I'm very much looking forward to it. Wishing the team much success in the future.
I will definitely come again. Next time, I would like to try the anglerfish. Highly recommended."
